African Christmas...

Here are some impressions of our Christmas!
Nicole and Bernd came to celebrate with us!
On Christmas eve we went out for Dinner! (because none of us wanted to cook!)
So we went to our favorite african restaurant. :-) It was sooo yummiiiiiiiii!
The next day we all went to Friederike and her BIG Family :-) Here they are -with lovely T-Shirts which Bernd made for them! We had a great time toghether and I´m soooo happy for my sisters+ their families!!!!

If I only had a green nose....

not only a green nose......

Last week when I came into the girls room- expecting them to paint great pictures they actually had green noses.... Julie found it very funny and she started to paint her whole face and her hands....than the mother came!!!! :-)

Julie loves to paint right now and is going wild- really. But she is so good at it! I love her creativity!

After ten years I saw Captain Tom and Meggie again!

My sister +Family lives in Mosbach the om office in Germany and the Dyers been in Germany for a couple of weeks- so Nicole invited them for lunch two weeks ago (Thanks Nicole!)

We had a great funny time with old stories!!! Was nice to see them again.....

The cake!

We had a little birthdaycake for breakfast on Johannas B-Day and she ate the whole cake at once before opening presents!!!! :-)

She was sooo proud that it was her DAY and told everyone "hab gebortstag, bin 2 jahre alt" ("It´s my birthday and I´m two")

She is such a happy kid-always smiling and laughing. She can talk sooo much now and does it all the time :-)

She´s amazing! We love her!

JOHANNA TURNS TWO !

Tomorrow Johanna will be two years old.... she´s the sweetest thing!

Time is running...

After over a year (short-absolutly too long ago!!!) I saw Britta and Flynn again! It was great :-)

Julies BIG day!

Julie is in Kindergarten!

She was really proud to get a new littel bag for her Lunchbox. Julie wanted to wear her sunglases on her first way even it was almost rainy and cloudy....

She did really well the first week and found a new friend. Pablo-is really cute and the same age as Julie. Above all she likes to be rouged from her nursery nurse. :-) So she´s got every day a new face....

I´m happy that everything went well!!! Big Girl!!!

Sisterhood

Isn´t it lovley??? Julie is so caring for her little sister

-so sweet!

I love my daughters soooo very much! My heart bursts with joy -they give me soooo much!

And I wish I could be a good mother....sometimes I´m so impatient and even angry when they want 24 hours something of me.... but thats part of being mother...giving up yourself.

It´s a good practice in being a part of Gods family ..... :-) And God is great and its worth it - so are my daughters......

Michi und Mia

Michi and her lovley daughter Mia came to visit while we stayed in the House of my parents in law- because they went on vacation :-)

It was great to see her after 5 years!!! And it was still like we saw each other yesterday... we´ve been talking like crazy :-)

With good friends it should be like this- I guess :-)

Danke liebe Michi das Du gekommen bist -es war soooooo schön Dich wieder zu sehen -trotz seltener Überraschung.... :-) Hoffentlich sehen wir uns das nächste mal früher!!!

The Party

We had a lovley day yesterday! It just started to early :-) (at least for the parents!). Unwrapping presents in our bed was one of the highlights for Julie- of course!

Then we went to the the Lido... 

(was heißt Freibad auf englisch? Lido? Ich hoffe das stimmt :-) hey meine deutschen Freunde das ist die Gelegenheit- wie wärs mal mit nem Kommentar? Damit ich auch weiß das ihr das lest :-) vielleicht schreib ich dann auch mal mehr deutsch! :-))

So we went to the Lido and met my sister Friederike +kids. I thought it was too cold :-) but the kids wanted to swim most of the time. Brrrrr. After that we went home to Friederike and she made Chips for all of us! Hooray! (Danke liebe Friederike!!!! Es war sehr schön bei euch!)
